Our client, an industrial service company specialized in the gas sector, located in Steinfort in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and operating on the European market, is seeking :

Trilingual Polish English French Sales Assistant (M/F) – Full time

The commercial assistant ensures the smooth running of customer requests once the salesperson has informed the department. The main objective is to ensure that the customer order is taken into account within the company, oriented towards the internal departments and towards the customers.

  • Communicate order progress to sales and customer
  • Ensure billing
  • Ensure a response to the client on all of these administrative requests
  • Collaborate with the various internal departments to guarantee optimum customer service

Required profile

  • Good level in French (C2), working language in the company and in Polish (C2), as well as in English (B2)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, be organized, dynamic, methodical and respectful
  • Good oral and written communication, customer oriented
  • Spirit of synthesis and capacity for structured communication, “flexible and versatile” approach
  • Be interested in the technical side of the products

Your missions will be:

  1. Encoding in the ERP in place
    • Technical data, price lists, customer data, delivery notes, invoicing of goods and services, orders
  2. Commercial follow-up
    • Communicate with customers on a regular basis regarding current orders, lead times, delivery dates.
    • Ensure the link between production/logistics/purchasing
    • Participate in the weekly “Customer” follow-up meetings in order to be informed about the transport and production schedule, the customer’s needs, the links with the departments involved
    • Provide statistics and inventory to customers
  3. Other stains
    • Production and transport follow-up
    • Focusing on the technical needs to produce our products
    • Commercial ranking
    • Preparation of files for meetings or client visits
    • Follow-up made to customers for open invoices
    • Translations
    • As a team, hold the telephone exchange
